Diversity reviews examine specific workplace culture issues, including those related to race, culture, gender, sexual preference and religion. For instance, an audit typically researches topics such as past and ongoing conflicts, complaints, turnover rates and morale according to international drivers and inclusion data and references.
Our development of your ISO 30415:2021 Diversity and Inclusion Action Plan will be done via a thorough review of your organisation’s strategic, operational, employment and community diversity, inclusion and engagement practices related to the makeup of its human capital / workforce. Our review will examine the workplace to ensure that the organisation is meeting legal requirements and fulfilling any mission that relates to diversity initiatives among its workers through their systems, policies, procedures and training.
