ISO 30415:2021 Accreditation is relevant to any organisation that wishes to measure and improve their performance.  Accreditation is a tool to improve performance and outcomes and provides independent recognition that an organisation is committed to Diversity, Inclusion, Cultural Sensitivity, Safety and Quality.

ISO 30415:2021 Diversity Accreditation (IDA) is a cyclic process of internally directed self-assessment followed by external assessment. Each accreditation program has its own unique framework.  The six steps in the accreditation process are:

  1. Registration with Accredit Global and Gap Analysis
  2. Self-assessment and Consultation Workshop
  3. Application for accreditation Implementation of System Documents
  4. On-site or desktop survey assessment
  5. Implementation Planning
  6. Implementation Activities
  7. Monitoring and continuous quality improvement – Pre Stage 2 Review
  8. Certification and Final Audit

The accreditation cycle length varies depending on the program. Some accreditation and certification programs may also include a mid-cycle review.

Diversity and Inclusion Reviews and Assessments help organisations keep track of their investment in Diversity, Equality and Inclusion strategic initiatives by assessing evidence against a set of prescribed indicators such as workplace metrics, policies and programs where it tracks progress. Diversity reviews examine specific workplace culture issues, including those related to race, culture, gender, sexual preference and religion.  For instance, an audit typically researches topics such as past and ongoing conflicts, complaints, turnover rates and morale according to international drivers and inclusion data and references.

Our development of your ISO 30415:2021 Diversity and Inclusion Action Plan will be done via a thorough review of  your organisation’s strategic, operational, employment and community diversity, inclusion and engagement practices related to the makeup of its human capital / workforce.  Our review will examine the workplace to ensure that the organisation is meeting legal requirements and fulfilling any mission that relates to diversity initiatives among its workers through their systems, policies, procedures and training.
